How to Use Natural Products for Every Day Good Health - Inspire Me Naturally

The sad reality is that for some of us, every day vitality is simply unheard of. We’re tired, and most days we drag ourselves out of bed and move from one errand to the next until it’s time to fall asleep again at the end of the day.

To help you get the most out of every day, we've compiled this list of natural products to help you harness the power of good health.

Small Changes, Big Results

When your personal resources are stretched to the limit, the idea of incorporating lifestyle changes can be overwhelming, but making just a few small changes in your daily routine can have a significant impact on your energy levels, overall health and sense of vitality.

Start the Day off Right

Sole Solution: Drink a small glass of sole solution at the start of each day to assist with gut health, improve your circulation and lower acidity.

Peppermint Essential Oil: While you’re sitting down to breakfast diffuse some peppermint oil. Peppermint oil will help you wake up, and prepare your brain for a day of alertness. If there are times in the day when you struggle to stay focussed rub peppermint oil into your temples to keep you alert.

Take Control of Your Environment

Your environment has a big effect on your mood, energy level and general health so take notice of where you are spending most of your time.

Go Natural: Open a window, get some sunshine on your breaks, bring some plants into the office or home. As much as possible try to bring the beauty and healing qualities of nature into your environment.

Himalayan Salt Lamp: Having a salt lamp burning in each of the areas where you spent time during your day can have a huge impact on your health and mood. A USB lamp plugged into your computer at work will purify the air, emit negative ions and reduce electro smog in the office and having a lamp burning while you sleep at night will improve sleep patterns.

Wind Down at Night

Take time at the end of the day to wind down and prepare for sleep to ensure a more restful night.

Himalayan Salt Bath: Using Himalayan bath salts will help you to detox your body and wind down after the stresses of the day. Taking a salt bath right before bed will prepare your body - and mind - for sleep.

Lavender Essential Oil: A good night's sleep is vital for good health. Dab a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow or diffuse it in the bedroom. Lavender oil is very calming and will help sooth a restless mind.
