5 Healthy Hacks for Your Nighttime Routine!
Let’s be honest – turning your mind off at the end of a busy day can be hard! Incorporating a healthy and mindful nighttime routine is a great way to help you prepare for a deep, restful sleep.

Diffuse lavender oil

To create a restful and relaxing environment, simply use an essential oil diffuser to diffuse lavender oil in your bedroom before sleep.

Simply fill an amber spray bottle with 15-20 drops of lavender oil, 1 tablespoon witch hazel, and the remainder with distilled water.
