Essential Oils to Help you Stay Alert

In our last few posts we've been exploring essential oils and discussing which ones to use for a range of issues. Here is a basic guide to our top 3 essential oils for mental stimulation:
Basil - Stimulating and uplifting, Basil oil is a good choice for relieving a slump in concentration. Warm it in a burner to encourage a productive environment during the late afternoon and help to improve your clarity of mind.
Peppermint - Peppermint oil has a very distinct scent that is cooling and refreshing, and is a great way to reduce fatigue and bring your mind back to an alert state. Rub some peppermint oil into your temples to help you wake up and to prepare yourself for the day.
Eucalyptus - With a fresh and revitalizing aroma, Eucalyptus oil is used to increase circulation around your body, which in turn improves memory, concentration and productivity.
