Note: ensure that the water you are using is pleasantly warm, and not too hot. Himalayan salt baths are highly detoxing, so it’s recommended not to spend longer than 20 minutes soaking.

Himalayan salt & Lavender soak

Best for: stress and anxiety relief, relaxation, eczema and improving sleep.

You’ll need:

1 cup of Himalayan bath salt

12 drops of Lavender essential oil

Add ingredients to a bath full of warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Himalayan salt, Epsom salt & Peppermint soak

Best for: aching joints and muscles, cold and flu congestion

You’ll need:

1 cup of Epsom salt

½ cup of Himalayan bath salt

12 drops of Peppermint essential oil

Add ingredients to a bath full of warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Himalayan salt & Grapefruit soak

Best for: toning skin and reducing the appearance of cellulite.

You’ll need:

¼ cup Himalayan bath salt

¼ cup Epsom salt

¼ cup Baking soda

⅓ cup apple cider vinegar

12 drops of Grapefruit essential oil

Add ingredients to a bath full of warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
