Clary Sage – If you suffer from sleeplessness or insomnia, adding a few drops of Clary Sage to your bathwater can help you wind down after a stressful day, and prepare your body for sleep. The sweet soothing scent of Clary Sage is calming to your nervous system and can assist with depression and overall feelings of anxiety and unease.

GeraniumGeranium oil helps to relieve nervous tension, eases anxiety, promotes wellbeing and creates a sense of calm in your home. If you’re interested in making your own essential oil blends, geranium is a great choice because it blends beautifully with other oils. Add a few drops to your pillow to help you drift off to sleep.
