DIY facial toner

Many store-bought toners contain harsh chemicals and alcohols that can irritate your skin. Take a natural approach by using essential oils to hydrate and tighten your skin instead!

Simply fill a glass bottle with ½ cup of witch hazel and add 3 drops each of lavender oil and geranium oil. Shake well and apply gently using a cotton pad directly to your skin after cleansing and before moisturising.

Soothing body lotion essential oil beauty hack

Do you suffer from dry, itchy skin or eczema? Tea tree oil is one of the best natural remedies to soothe irritated skin. For this natural beauty hack using essential oils, simply add a few drops of organic tea tree oil into your daily body moisturiser and massage gently into the skin immediately after showering.

Natural makeup remover

Looking for a natural makeup remover alternative? Create your very own DIY remover by mixing 2 tablespoons of witch hazel with 2 tablespoons fractionated coconut oil, 2 teaspoons distilled water, and 1-2 drops of organic tea tree oil. Mix well and massage gently into the skin to remove stubborn makeup residue. You can also apply this mixture with a cotton pad or paper towel. Be sure to store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 months.
