  • Topically: Simply add a drop or two of your chosen essential oil to a carrier oil (like coconut oil or jojoba oil) and massage gently into your wrists. You can take a whiff throughout the day to inhale the oils whenever you might be feeling particularly anxious – Lavender oil is perfect for this.
  • Diffusing: Diffusing oils is a great way to experience their benefits, as you can create your own unique blends. One of our favourite blends for anxiety is Lavender, Frankincense and Orange, for a sweet-smelling and calming mix. Simply add a few drops of each oil to your diffuser and place it somewhere close by.
  • Bathing: Unwinding in a warm bath at the end of a long day is already a great way to calm your body, so why not enhance the experience with some essential oils? We love mixing a couple of drops each of Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Bergamot oil and adding to your bath water for a relaxing and fragrant soak.
