To create your own Himalayan salt sole, simple place 1 ½ cups of Himalayan salt in a glass container. Fill with good quality spring water and seal the lid tightly, leaving it to sit overnight. If the salt has completely dissolved the next day, add an additional ½ cup of salt. When you can still see undissolved salt crystals at the bottom of the jar, your sole is ready to consume!
Drink sole first thing in the morning on an empty stomach by adding one teaspoon of the solution to a 250ml glass of water and mixing well.
